Free Theme License
The Free Theme License gives you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Product, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and limitations outlined below.

| Use the theme for commercial resale | |
| Remove or modify copyright, branding, or license notices |
Single Help Center License
The Single Help Center License allows you to use the theme on one site under a non-exclusive, one-time transferable license, governed by the terms and restrictions outlined here.
- This license allows the purchaser to use the theme indefinitely on a non-exclusive basis
- You may use the theme to create one End Product for yourself or for a single client, and that End Product may be distributed free of charge.
In other words… A paid theme license allows use for only one person, business, or project. If you wish to use the same theme for another client, business, or separate project, an additional license must be purchased. The theme may be fully customized, including changes to text, images, graphics, layout, and design, to suit your specific project requirements.
Multibrand Help Center License
If you wish to use the same Zendesk® theme for other brand accounts, this license must be purchased.
Miscellaneous Info
- Grow Shine remains the owner of the theme and its intellectual property, while granting you a license to use it under the terms outlined above. This agreement is solely between you and Grow Shine.
- Grow Shine retains full ownership of the theme while granting you usage rights under the terms outlined above.
- If any violation of this license is identified, Grow Shine reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.
All themes, plugins, and related software are provided “as is” without any guarantees of performance, reliability, or suitability for a specific purpose. The authors shall not be held liable for any damages or claims arising from its use.
